2007 – Present – Next Level Hardware (www.nextlevelhardware.com) Position: Owner, Sole Chief Editor and Publisher. Website was created for the sole purpose of introducing the world to Solid State Drive technology coupled with RAID redundancy. I was the first person in the world to review the Mtron 16GB Professional Solid State Drive. I had worked directly with the Asian Company Mtron in publishing the article, titled “Battleship Mtron” which can be viewed here: http://www.nextlevelhardware.com/storage/battleship/ That article pioneered many of the new ideas and intellect that surround current SSD enterprise storage technology regarding redundancy using flash devices. I was published on the front page of the well known website Engadget.com as well as Wired.com the magazine. Since inception of the article I have received countless emails from professionals all around the world regarding flash technology. This website generates heavy traffic but does not generate any revenue based primarily on the fact that I was personally intrigued by the technology and I published the article for personal enjoyment. |
